X3 on three different Xboxes

well like i had said guys everything went fine when installing the x3 on my 1.0 xbox execpt when it was time to boot it up mod enabled i can hear it boot but "NO VIDEO" i have also tried on another 1.0 xbox and its the same problem for sure is the mod ... after that i got a hold of another xbox a 1.6 it didnt work at "ALL" 3 xboxes and nothing other than the 1.0's sound ok but "NO VIDEO" can anyone advise what i can do? i also pressed both the eject button & on/off switch and i can see the back-up cromwell deal.. i flashed it with the 1957 release im not sure how to reflash it with the most recent bios. im not sure if that could be the problem. also i was running it on a X2.6 mod and upgraded from that to X3 please advise on any clues on what i can do to fix this. remember i have tried on two 1.0's and the same problem comes up SOUND OK but NO VIDEO

First thing you should do is update to the newest bios, in which they fixed video problems.
