X3 on V1.6 - No power to ext chip

I rechecked my soldering twice. I used the LPC rebuild that comes with X3 chips. Soldering looks great, internal chip lights up but ext one never comes on.and the box boots green flubber like the chip isnt there.

First question..

You say that the chip lights up.. You should have THREE lights on the chip.

Two blues (3.3v and 5v) and one red (flash protection turned off)

The blue ones are the important ones right now.

My guess is only one blue one is comming on.

I have read that some other people have had this issue and they got their external switch replaced. This seemed to fix the problem.

Just want to point out that if you don't have CE version, you'll only have two blue leds on chip.

I dont have the CE but I did notice only one blue light is on. THe one that is off is the one next to the 5v power source.
