Ok ive seen pics of others X3 switch panels and the bank buttons were lit up...is something wrong with mine because it doesnt light up?

Check the plugs and sockets with a magnifying glass (no REALLY) very, very carefully .... chances are, one of those little iddy biddy contacts is bent over.
They should light up most definately ... mine do.

Well then bank switches dont light up..the hd/LAN and X3 light up variuos colors. The switches are just plain plastic..

Yeah the pro switch button light up..They should be a light blue in color..Re-readig his post, he did say buttons, so maybe your right..He was asking about the pro switch?
ok i took out the ol magnifying glass and an LED flashlight and saw that no pins were mashed on the chip side or switch side...so what now? are my lights on the switch dead? BTW anyone know what size those LEDs are? if they are dead ill solder in some new ones...

Send it back then .... you cant solder new ones, they're iddy biddy ones sort of inside the switch.

Talk to the dealer where you bought it and see if you can send it back for a replacement.quick question, does the new CP come with a switch? I own a proswitch, if i order the CP, do i use the one i have, or is it included with the CP??
