I had a sticky in the old forum and I made a similar but it was not stickied...
Ok here's what you do...
1.) Check yur password...the X3 will only store the first 8 characters of your password...so if you enetered in a 10 character password try and put in the first 8.
2.) If you forgot it like a dummy

- Then you'll have to get the X2 for 1.0-1.5 or the EvoXM8plus if you have a 1.6/b and flash that to an empty 256Kb bank. Then you'll have to either FTP over the erase eeprom.xbe that came with the bios or make a boot disk with that on it. After you do this run that program and set your switch back to your X3 bios. As of right now this is the only way to correct the forgotten password.
Xecuter said the next bios should have much better way of resetting your password...just an FYI.
