X3 Pro Switch Problems

The X3 logo, HD, and LAN lights are working fine but the protect and banks 1,2,3,4 buttons don't light up at all. I've checked all the connections for bent pins and everything is fine (both on the chip and on the switch itself). Any suggestions on what to do or do I have a bad pro switch?

By the way, the switch is working fine. All the bank and protect buttons do what they should. They just don't light up.

Could be a faulty switch, although I have one and those plugs and pins are SERIOUSLY small aren't they !??

Check em with a magnifying glass !! ...

My third light stopped working after about 4 weeks. I pressed it several times in and out and then it started working again. Also the red color in the logo quit working once after I took the switch off. Looked and sure enough 1 bent pin - fixed and worked perfectly again.
