x3 problem can't go to blue light anymore?

hi,
I have problem to get to my xbmc now.
it starts happening when I "static shock" when I turn off my xbox yesterday. after that this happen

It seems that when I tried to turn on my xbox regularrly it went to the red led instead of the blue.

if I hit only the eject for a sec (like i usually turn on to go to xbmc), the led go to purple and then to blue, and it loads the flash bios 3.0.0 but I can't control it with my xbox controler.

I can't make it purple if I press both poer and eject buttons.
but if I hit the eject, then eject again it will go to the purple but the flash bios already load and still i can't move for the option in flash bios by the controler.

I already re-touch all the soldered pins. but no luck fixing it.
however, it runs fine for the regular xbox (red led)

does my x3 fried? and needs to get a new one? or there is another area that I need to fix?

some game cd's are not starting. They show this message
"this disc's region code is incorrect for this console"
what should I do ?

You should try playing games from your own region!

i know i can do that, but is there any way for changing the region the region code of my xbox360 ?
