ROOT is a term used to describe the very top level of a drive - root is not a FOLDER is basically means copy the file to your ROOT of E - god i am not helping am I.
imagine your E drive like a tier system:
\ denotes your ROOT of your drive
Underneath the ROOT you will have files and folders. I will put folders in caps and files in lower case. Each folder IE TDATA is a sub directory off of ROOT. And each subdirectory can have more subdirectories and files. So basically you need to put you logo in the same area as Tdata and Udata.
Sorry if this is not the clearest example but I hope you get the idea.
