X3 solder problem

I had problem with the yellow LAD because of the unknown PCB rebuild. I used the PCB rebuild everything looks good but it boots to MS Dash and the Switch doesnt light up. On the chip only the LED next to the large wire harness lights up. the Pins on the Pin header are a little uneven could this be the problem or could it be the yellow LAD on the tutorial because it became a diviot after the solder would not stick for the life of it.

blah i forgot.

I also forgot it loads orginal games ok... and it doesnt FRAG.

you probably don't have the 3.3v working right. it's been discussed millions of times if you search you should find everything you need or even look at the x3 install support page 1 should have tons of info
