Im pretty sure i fried my xbox, when I used the solder version. If i get solderless version, will it work, where can i get instructions for it?

94850C not showing up in JF
I'm flashing my 2nd liteon drive with the xecuter switch. The 1st one i didn't have any problems with. Now on the 2nd drive the switch lights up like its supposed to but the drive doesn't show up in jungle flasher. I tried removing the switch and swapping it with a different one but still the same problem. I tested the traces to make sure they were cut all the way and in the right spots, and the solder joints look ok. any idea on what I'm doing wrong?

Here is a pic of the installed lt switch. The light turns green when I power the drive and red if I switch it to r/w.

mate, looks like you have a couple of shorts at the bottom of the switch!

Looks like the red may be shorted and the black is not even soldered.

yah, get a desoldering braid and pickup all that excess solder. You have so many shorts on your board m8.

did you solder this when you were on a pogo stick that is terrible soldering skills you have messy as hell.

Alright thanks for the responses. When I get the chance to clean it up some I'll give it a shot and let you guys know how it turns out.

this gets said everytime a new drive revision is released

So I cleaned up the board some and it showed up in JF. Weird thing was when I hit the outro reset button after I flashed it, the drive refused to show up again in JF but it works fine in the xbox. Just thought I'd share, thanks for the responses everyone!
