As discussed with the purchaser - the mistake was made, and duplicated. For which we have apologised unreservedly.
As already stated to the seller an apology on its own is useless. I did not make the mistake so I shouldn't have to pay.

A full invoice (with goods being purchased, with no mention of Wireless XBox 360 controller) was sent via PayPal to the customer, and settled within 24 working hours.
No cables or powerbrick were mentioned in the invoice but it was agreed via e-mail ( and also mentioned on another forum that a controller was included).
The funny thing is that the seller mentions that I should keep to the contents of the invoice yet he sent another invoice for extra shipping when the first invoice clearly had marked the shipping.

Upon hearing of the mistake this morning, we have offered to provide the wireless controller, however, we are requesting that a payment of £9.13 (for the initial console shipment) be made. We are also offering another wireless controller at £19.99 including free postage on top.
I should not have to pay for a mistake I did not do. And it was myself that offered of buying another controller if shipping was offered free. (Which the seller rejected because I had posted my experience on the forums).

We are disappointed that this customer was not happy with their purchase. We were offering these consoles at £139.99 - I would ask anyone to find a console, brand new, any lower than £119.99 (which puts the flashing and delivery at just £20.00 - a bargain in anyones eyes).
I did not contest the price but only that I did not receive what I was promised.

The console was also shipped out to Malta - we would normally reserve our offers to UK residence only, perhaps this should have been made clear. We originally quoted at £49.00 shipping, but our couriers price had gone up by £9.13 subsequently, when the order was placed - a fee we have agreed to absorb.
Since I payed for the shipping it should not be an issue whether it is shipped to UK, Malta or Africa.

Again, we always aim to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases, and do our very best, within the realms of not losing money, to ensure this is the case. I feel in this instance, we have done exactly that.
You did a mistake and I have to pay... seems fair enough to me (and probably others too...).

Invoice for re-calculated courier costs was sent prior to console being shipped - the invoice was ignored until the console arrived - at which point it was contested.

The console was shipped at our extra cost in good faith - and a free controller is still being offered, if additional postage costs are squared.

We are also offering another controller on top, with free postage.
