X3 turning console on and Off

HI i have bought a X3 installed it and the problem is when i turn it on with No banks selected it turn on,off,on,off then Stays ON but when i turn it on with banks 2,4 on 1,3 off it starts up with Flashbios what do i do
Can you please reply ASAP please

It sounds like your flash is bad. If you have a 1.6 make sure you flash it in an older xbox, there are also a DIFFERENT set of BIOS for the 1.6 xbox's so make sure you have the correct ones.
