X3 v1.6 Flashing Question

Ok so I modded a v1.6 box and had to set it to off on off off to get the flash bios screen. I had some issues and accidently flashed the chip with the x3 v1.6 bios on those bank settings, I forget to set it to on on off off. So I can not get a picture on the power and eject backup. If I move this chip to a v1.0 and boot to the back up can I then flash the bios with the x3 v1.6 bios on the on on off off banks or will this effect the v1 xbox at all. Or is it just best to reflash it with 3.0.3 . Thanks

is the x3 bios working if so flash your backup(power/eject at sametime) with flashbios 3.0.3 with the x3 bios config dash

I believe the x3 backup bios, but because I could only see video on the 1.6 xbox with the switches off on off off, I can not see the backup when I press power and eject because I get no video. I read that this can be a problem with the v1.6b xbox, so I believe my backup bios is fine. So can I put the chip on a 1.0 xbox I have and boot up to the back up bios, which i believe has the cromwell installed on it, switch the banks to 1mb on on off off and flash the chip with the x3 for v1.6 and then move the chip to the v1.6 xbox without causing any problems with the v1.0 xbox.

is the x3 bios you flash to switch setting off on off off off working (can you get into x3config hold white button on controller when booting up xbox)
if so just flash you backup bank with the flashbios 3.0.3 and you backup will work then flash x3 bios to switch settings on on off off off with the working backup
flashbios 3.0.1 works on v1.0 to v1.6 xbox but not v1.6b xbox
flashbios 3.0.3 works on v1.0 to v1.6b xbox but not v1.6 xbox
you have a v1.6b xbox

Yes you can just put the chip in a 1.0 box and flash the 1.6 version then put it in your 1.6 and you'll be up and running. Just make sure you do update your backup bios to prevent further problems in the future. My advice would be to flash flashbios 3.0.3 to the backup and flashbios 3.0.1 to bank 2 so if you ever want to move the chip to a different version xbox you will have no issues.
