X3 v1.6 Powers on by itself, any ideas?

I have a v1.6 with a X3 installed via pin header and X3 rebuild PCB. The system has worked flawlessly for the first month. Now when you plug the xbox power cable in the system will automaticlly turn itself on and boot into the dash.

When I turn the system off it will restart itself 1 second later and boot into the dash. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can look at to figure out what is causing the problem?
