X3 WAS WORKING NOW NOTHING

well i installed my x3 last week went fine all working then i was chipping a new 16b model for a friend so i had to use my box to flash his chip which was a 2.6 x2 so i have got his working fine but when i reinstalled my x3 nothing i get one blue light on chip thats it switchs on front stay off

i have tried the 2.6 chip in my box and its works so have i fragged my x3 is there anyway to test the chip hope not

good news sussed out what problem was

to very top pin had been pushed through and was not contacting so much for my soldering skills

i take it the 2.6 does'nt need that pin connected oh well its working again

Next time ya open up the box, check all the pins to see if any can be pushed down. I've installed several dozen pinheaders. About half of them failed this test on at least one pin, even though the soldering looked perfect. Any pins that can be pushed down need to be resoldered to ensure reliability.

i had sum job sorting it i had to end up cutting away the plastic from header putting the pin in soldering on top of board and bridged the pin to cap on board i wont be flashing anymore chips in this box think i'll buy a programmer for any future 16.b xbox's

bit of a bummer ya cant flash the 2.6 in the 16.b xbox

u think a fiber pen would help get a better connection i always prefared the wire installs but i read there not a good idea with 16's and 16'b's

Liteon Drive not being detected by Jungleflasher

I have an asus rampage extreme II motherboard which i'm using to connect my liteon drive to computer via sata i looked through the I/O ports but couldn't find it my computer seemed to have detected it though showing it as the drive and what firmware and such could anyone help me ? maybe via teamviewer?
