you need to make sure all your soldering points are all good I would double check all your soldering. Also what version of xbox is it? if its a 1.6 make sure your LPC rebuild is done properly

Switching Serials

i have two xbox's, one that works but i lost the dvd drive and another that has e74 with the dvd drive

i was wondering if i could swap out the serials so i can have a xbox 360 that is working and if there is a tutorial?

or is it possible if i use a hair dryer fix instead of buying a heat gun fix for the e74? or reflow with the xbox running by itself?

i tried xclamp fix but that only worked for the xboxs that i fix with 3redring

Re: Switching Serials

you need the dummy files of the xbox you lost the drive from so u can spoof the drive with the key of the 360. the other way of getting the key is finding the drive

using a hair dryer will do nothing im afraid you need to be hitting around 400c to re flow the solder on the chips so a heat gun is a must.
