X3 worked i set everything up ie HDD, dashboard etc and then when i went to show off one of my backed up games it froze so i turned it off and then on again and now the chip doesn't start it just loads normally and shows error screen.

I havent yet opened it up again as i am reluctant to as it was working fine and so i dont think any of the points has become disconected. I can see both the blue lights are on.

Could the bios have got screwed up some how if so what can i do from here, i have another XBOX also running an X3 if this helps me at all in solving this prob ?

Well Error 05 is because your HDD is unlocked.

It also shows that the chip isn't booting. Check all you connections to the chip, with special attention to the d0.

I have seen and heard people talking about locking the HDD but my other Xbox is running fine and didn't lock that HDD and its working fine.

Do i need to lock the HDD how will this help what does it do ?

I will check the Do point im using the LPC rebuild so it should be easy to check.

The only reason you would need to lock the HDD is if you needed to boot with the chip disabled (for instance, Xbox Live).

We've already seen the Kinect's proficiency for aiding in the creation of pulsating dubstep tracks -- today, we learned it's also capable of forming slightly more soothing soundscapes. Check out the video below to see Adriano Clemente go on a noisequest using a clever Kinect and Wiimote hack.Continue reading Kinect Hacks: Ambient music within arms' reach
