X3 Working But Not Xbox

I installed X3 chip with LPC Rebuild. I can boot perfectly fine with X3 and X3 backup, but when I try to boot from XBOX itself by using Long Pressing Start button, it does not work, It FRAGS. Is shows following screen. I am not sure whats wrong here...If its a soldering issue, can anybody be able to highlight what points on the board are mostlikely to create this problem.

Any help will be highly appreaciated.

error 12 is dvd error, check that both the yellow and ide cable are plugged in correctly

you can see by adjusting the brightness, its the generic multi-language service-required error.

Thannkx for the previous one...it helped but after plugging in cables correctly i got similar error with number 5 instead on 12. Its shown in Screen3.jpg file.
Where do we find description for the error codes.

5 is HDD not locked...
