Hi,

Need help on making a dvd/cd for FlashBios 3.03. I've download the FlashBios_v303.bin... how can I burn this??????I have nero....I want to make a boot cd/dvd..... I've already make the X3_BIOS with bios.bin and dummy.bin....don

flashbios 3.0.1 and 3.0.3 is allready on the x3 theres no need to flash it unless you are flashing the backup bank on a v1.6b xbox
flashbios 3.0.1 for v1.0 to v1.6 xboxs but not v1.6b on on off off off
flashbios 3.0.3 for v1.0 to v1.6b xboxs but not v1.6 off on off off off
flashbios 3.0.1 backup bank (power eject at same time)
if your not seeing flashbios on screen then your install need to be checked

Hi DJBOOBY,

I've just bought a new X3 ce chip and installed it. Everything is good as per the instruction the blue light are on... when I turn on the xbox I don't see the Flashbios screen. So where do I start??????

You start as with any installation - check your connections, check your soldering.

There's no magic guide on what to do at this stage - it could be a number of things. What Xbox version do you have?

try changing bios switch to ON ON OFF OFF OFF or OFF ON OFF OFF OFF
but remaber when you flash the bios have switch set to ON ON OFF OFF OFF

When you say blue light on where are you looking?

On the modchip you should have 2 blue lights and a red/green light.

You need to provide more information as there could be a number of reasons why it is not working then people maybe able to provide more feedback.
