X360 Glitch Chip / Coolrunner Transplant

I got a trinity in today that had an x360 glitch chip inside with horrible boot times. I wanted to replace it with a coolrunner but in my infinite wisdom I ripped the chip out without first getting the CPU key and now it won't glitch with the coolrunner in there...I guess the hacked images are different????

Anyway, I wanted to know if I would be able to dump the existing NAND and then write the trinity.ecc from Jrunner and use the trinity timing file with my coolrunner to glitch it and get the CPU key then build a hacked image in Jrunner...

I tried explaining this the best I could sorry if it's not translating well.

My main question is: If you don't have the original NAND for a console can you write an ecc file to glitch it for the CPU key and then use that key to build a working NAND?

Please tell me I don't have to solder this hunk of crap back in there to get the cpu key.

Nowhere
all u have to do is program the cr and install. u shouldnt have to write the .ecc file to the console
i think alot of peole newer to this scene get this misconception.they think they have to write xell to it to get the cpu key,not knowing that the freeboot img also has xell,if they just hit eject to power it up.

Pictures of your install would be helpful, and the area you think might have lifted traces. and I would try the slim proto V2, as it gets the best glitch times.

FAAAR to much bare wire showing there, you might want to clean that up if you are hoping for better results

EDIT:

just noticed that's the reader

But still, Clean it up lol

lol yea I'm not that sloppy, those are so the NAND wires don't get worn out and the tips stay fresh...I did clean it up and got it glitching faster with a coolrunner and 270pf cap in about 10 seconds....turned out good! And it was a ****** glitcher not a x360 glitchkey although they look very similar.
