X360 Slim XGCPU Caps/resistors?

Hey guys, last week I repasted an xbox 360 slim xgcpu and when removing the ihs adhesive I accidentally removed 2 of the components from the chip, I booted the console up and it worked fine but I was still having some freezing/slow boot time issues (I had them before that is why I re pasted) anyway I have just booted the console up and it is giving me 0100 error (needs a gpu reball/reflow) is this error due to the removed components or does it just need a reflow/reball?

Update: reflowed and it is working but still freezing either on boot up or whilst playing. I think I will reball it at some point.
