x360 SS merger queries

what does the security sector do? how can i make my own .ss file? Is the .ss file necessary in every game you plan to backup?

whats the PFI and DMI? apologies for this questions... read the textbook's tutorial and read nothing bout this.

in x360 SS merger: Ive dumped the game(ISO file) but dont know where to get the .ss , pfi and dmi in ss merger program

Don't worry about them - just use XBBM or Schtrom360Xtract and it will handle all these details for you
