first of all thanks to team x for the great work!
I am a reallly new in flashing xbox and all the stuff which comes whit it.
1)What do i need (hardware and software) to flash my XBOX 360 Slim and is this possible with the usb pro device?
2) When i want to flash my slim do i need to change the drive?Because i have read some posts in the internet that sayd you HAVE to change your originally slim drive???

I wish there was a progress log somewhere that we could follow to see how this thing is progressing! lol Maybe an RSS feed showing what is being done at the moment?!?!

I'll re-iterate my point though. People, as shown countless amount of times, are either unwilling or don't know how to search for the answer of there is no ETA. The reason why I suggested a journal (or as syst3merror stated, a progress log) is because the more knowledge and understanding you give people, the less stupid questions and impatience people will have.

Don't think they want MS to know anything.we can be pretty sure that MS is checking here every day to get there hands on the fw and check it out. Would be Nice to get àn automated email when its ready.

And this will happen in every log-entry made.. Look at the posts already, they state my view pretty good.. If people dont understand the work going on in the background, they wont understand a log and will keep asking questions.. Everything will (in their eyes) become "It's ready soon i think.. Better ask about it!!!" or "More bugs found? zOMG! Better ask if it's going to be delayed?" OR "WTF.. What does %¤!¤# mean? Some kind of grapefruit? Better ask about it!!"
