x360usb problem

hi guys My x360 usb pro isn't recognized on my laptop anymore. when i plug it in, I get a little usb message on the bottom right corner of my screen saying "USB Device Not Recognized" and when I click it, there's an "Unknown Device" in bold. It was working fine a few days ago went to plug in and its not wanting to work

Try connecting the power cable as well as the USB one.

Try another PC before formatting....

What is the update switch set to?

Ensure it is OFF.

Re-install the drivers maybe?

Seems like you need to reinstall the drivers.
