Hi all of you,

I've been reading alot on the black screen trouble but cant help me...

I have a v1.0 xbox with x3 chip, I flashed the new x3_3294 bios and all was ok till I reboot the xbox where it stalls after the Rox my Box appears. The LCD shows Xecuter 3 and Team Xecuter Web site.....

I thought it could be the soldering but I HAVE SOUND AND VIDEO, so I said to myself I had a bios problem....

please help.....

I realised it happened when I changed the options in the bios specialy password been anabled. I Flashed x3_3294 again and again from the safe 256k, but it always jams at Rox my Box.

I try to flash flashBIOS v3.03 and it started to frag....what the!?!?!?

Do you have a dashboard installed?
Can you access x3 config live? (hold the white button while booting the xbox)

If you can't access x3 config live then you've got a problem..
But it's really normal, when there appears a black screen,
if you don't have a dashboard installed...;)

// Why would you flash flashbios 3.03 to your chip, when you already have a flashbios on you 256kb backup bios mode??

redo

Same problem with me. This is my second mod. The first box i modded worked fine(V.1.1) X3 w/ saulderless adapter. This second one (V.1.0) w/ X3 and a saulderless adapter, keeps freezing up on the xecuter rox my xbox screen w/ sound and video of course. I've been reading through looking for a solution, but no luck so far. and that is with the 3294. - Drew

okay, now i read that if i have a V 1.0 (which i do) and the LPC holes are filled with saulder (which they are) that I have to use the a wires adapter for the holes. I originally just put the xapter (saulderless adapter) on top of the sauldered holes, which seemed to work until i flashed, and thats when i ran into my situation. posted above. So my question is, do I have to saulder the wires to the LPC holes or can i just leave the adapter on top of them, or is that what is causing my problem. please help me.- Drew
