X3_v1.6 config Live

Here is my issue. I purchased a configured x-box from a reseller. I flashed my 1.6 with the correct bios 3494v1.6. I set my chip as off on off off. It flashed successfully. I then load up slayer 2.5 and it booted right to slayer. I installed Slayer and then rebooted the x-box and it will not load Slayer but config live. Everytime I reboot and every time I install Slayer it does the same thing, after reboot it goes straight to Config live and not slayer.

I turned x3 config live off but I still have the same issue. Help!!! n00b big time but I really want to get this to work. I have the pro model x3 with the four lites on the front of the box.

Can someone give me an idea about what steps to go to next. Should I reflash? Has anyone experienced this before? Please help . Thanks

In X3 config live there are three sections called Dashboard Boot Priority, Dashboard Filenames & Dashboard Boot Drive. These need to be set up to point to the new dash you have installed from Slayers. (probaly evoxdash.xbe)

Here is the latest. I reflashed xecuter 3 pro using on on off off tried to load slayer 2.5 and experience the same issue. I cannot boot to any dahsboard it continually goes to the config live screen no matter what I do? HELP>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thank you puffin that worked. I reflashed and then I ftp'd to the xbox on my network and wiped everything off ont he c drive and the f drive. I reloaded slayer and everything came up fine. Thanks again. I am on my way!!!!
