first i put an xapt3r on and the chip booted but when i flashed the x3 I got a black screen. so i took off the xapt3r and put in the pinheader. same problem, so i took the pin header out and destroyed it in the process. put the xapt3r on and now i never get the X to turn blue or purple only red and then it boots like and ms dash would normally, until right after it gives me the green X with microsoft in white letters below it. then it goes to the screen that says i need service to my xbox and the eject button FRAGs. also when the chip is plugged in it does the normal frag and turns on and off 3 times. I aldo obviously dont get a blue or purple X when this is happening.

If only I had never changed to pin header... or actually if only i had never taken the pin header out.

just having flash problems is better than a ****ed up xbox.

I also forgot to say that as i was taking the pin header out i dropped a humongous amount of solder near the heatsink with the fan on the bottom of the board. if scrapped right off though so I think that didnt cause any problems.

If someone would just fix the xbox and install and flash the chip for me that would be great but if not just tell me how to fix it.

You sure you didn't destroy any traces when either changing out (and destroying) the pin header (which, I don't know how you did that, but in my mind it would sound like you used way too much heat). Or by dropping the solder on the board. No broken or burnt traces that you can find? Try getting a magnifying glass and checking it all to be sure.

the LPC looks like I probably damaged it... would you be so kind as to fix it for me? how much money would I have to pay you?

I wouldn't consider myself qualified to fix traces yet. I'm sure someone else here can do it for you though. I am still somewhat new myself at this, so until I get a little more experience I don't want to be responsible for someone else's box. Sorry ;)

Edit: Told a few people, we'll see if you get some responses now ;)
