Here is my problem.
I have installed the x3ce and into a v1.6b xbox. The install went well.
I then installed the 3294 v1.6plus bios onto bank 1234 and the 2914 v1.6plus onto bank 5678.
When I powered the xbox up if fraged on both banks. I then installed the chip into my old v1.0 xbox (as flashbios 3.0.1 doesnt work on the v1.6b) to try to reflash it.
flashbios 3.0.1 on the backup works but I now get the read only flash type message no matter what the flash protection is set to so I cant flash the chip.
Does anyone have any ideas on this problem ?????
