X3CE destroyed?

Hi!!!

I have a little problem with my X-BOX. Today I installed the X3CE with the X3 Panel. I flashed with the newest X3 Bios and everything works good. Then I tried to flash another Bios to the second 1MB Bank. In the time where I uploaded the BIOS I had a Power Off at work. So, the XBOX shutted off. After this I tried to flash again, but it stopped in the middle and I couldn't flashed to the end. After this I couldn't start my XBOX with this bank (3+4). Then I flashed Bank 1+2 again and the I had the same problem. After some seconds the Flashing stopped and I had to reset the XBOX again.But now I didn't work. I can't use the X3-Bios. The Box resets 3 times and there is no picture. The X3 Light is blue. And the XBOX is red/green flashing? What happend now? Is the X3-Chip damage? Is there a way to reset the complete Chip?

I hope someone can help me. I don't know what I have to do. I think I have to buy a new one.

PS: I think my experience are good. I am sure that the Chip is correctly installed.

Thanks for the help. I forgot to install the cable for Power/Eject. But now I have another problem. I can not use the BIOS X3 3294 Menu (Desktop), because I made a selection that my box boot into the XBOX Dashboard. Now I cant go back in the 3294 Menu. Can someone help me here too?
