X3CE incorrectly flashed and continually reboots - what do I do now?

I recently installed a X3CE chip to my 1.6b Xbox. I used the soldering method, and I had to go back and fix up some of the soldering on the LPC (I used the rebuild board like the tutorial I used said to do) in order for the chip to boot correctly.

I got to FlashBIO 3.0.3 and downloaded the X3 BIOS 3294 (the v1.6only version), and tried to flash via HTTP (I first had the switch settings at off-on-off-off-off and switched it to on-on-off-off-off after booting to FlashBIOS). The machine turned off very quickly, and I'm not sure if the chip was flashed successfully. I then tried to turn on the machine, and no matter what switch settings I try (I've tried all of the 256K and 512K bank settings), the machine does the same thing: it first turns on with the blue LED, and turns off after about two seconds. I can't boot from the 256K backup, though I'm not sure if I'm doing it right (what switch settings should I use to boot from the reset-power button backup mode?).

Now I'm a bit stumped as to what I should do next. I really don't want to purchase another chip, and I don't know anybody who has one that I can borrow. Where can I send my chip to get it flashed again with FlashBIOS?
Also, here's one more thing: I looked at my chip, and while the guide I used said to switch it so that I can see two blue LEDs and one red on the chip, I later found out that my chip has the settings reversed. So I had the chip on Protect while I tried flashing it the first time, and now with Unprotect, everything still doesn't work.

Thanks for the help!

You're going to need another xbox to flash it.

And remeber to switch to another 1mb bank so If you have a 1.6 box, like you do make thie switch bank 1234. But since you're going to flash it on a pre 1.6 box to fix it, make it bank 5678. That was it won't overwrite flashbios, also, when it's in the pre 1.6 box, reflash the backup bios.
