X3CE install help - no flashbios screen

Hey guys. Just finished the install of the X3CE on a 1.6b xbox. When I power on my xbox, I get a solid green light for about 20 seconds and then a solid orange light until I power it off(X3 logo lit blue, no audio or video). If I hold the power button down, I can bypass the X3 and boot up the MS bios no problem (X3 logo lit red, get audio and video). I also tried holding both power and eject to try and boot from 256k backup to no avail (X3 logo lit purple, no audio or video). Any ideas as to what can be wrong? Couldn't find any info on what a solid orange light could mean. I have a pro switch installed as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just wanted to add that I verified the X3 chip 5V and 3.3V LEDs were lit (blue I believe) so the chip is getting power ok. Don't know what else to do but double check the solder points on the PCB rebuild.

Thanks!!! I switched to flash bank 5, hit power and Flashbios 3.0.3 came up! Woohooo!!
