X3ce not in Package

I ordered an X3ce from divineo.com a few days ago.
It came today, but when I opened the little plastic case that is suppose to contain the chip, I realized it did not (Wires and bios select board where there though). Perhaps some one from Team Xecuter could help me out.

Perhaps an error at the factory/during packaging?

Get back onto divineo if the goods are missing, your statutory rights lie with them as they are the reseller.
