X3CP and load times

Hmm dunno if this has anything to do with the X3Cp that I've installed today or not. I used my xbox last night and apps and what not loaded just fine. Now today after installing my X3CP when I try and load an app or xbmc the eject led turns orange and just sits there for a little bit. Then the program will load. Has anyone else come across this?

Also the shoutcast isnt working anymore in Ava and I haven't changed anything with that either.

Anybody have any clues?

Changed skins and its a little bit faster launching apps but when i try and just reboot my dash it takes forever and I have to eventually turn it off and then back on.
