(X3CP) hd lan activity leds

just installed the (X3CP) and a x3ce into a 1.3 box every went well new front is very neat flashed the 2913 bios stuck evox on everys things cake but i have no lan or hd leds showing any activity, on the 2.6 ce switch block you can disable them but cant find this option on the (X3CP) panel so took another look at the lan and hd solder points they looked fine but redid em anyway still no go i've also checked the plug and thats fine with no bent pins everything else works any ideas guys
