X3CP LCD Problems

Fitted he X3CP to my m8ts v1.6 and i am getting a corrupted display on the lcd when i go into X3 Config Live and XBMC, The welcome message appears fine with no corruption, i just get matrix style text in the bios ans xbmc, any ideas???

it sounds like the cable isnt connect to the LCD or modchip corectly/ all the pins arnt making full contact.

naww man u gotta set it up in xbmc to i think VFD type display, make sure lcd is also set in xbmc as xecuter 3
