I believe the Reseller I saw that sells them currently, is www.modchipman.com or something like that. Check the Main Page on the resellers list for Mod Chip Man.

What benefits do you get by adding the X3CP w/LCD to the Xbox (other than looking rightous and kick ass). The LCD screen really looks good, but what info is displayed? Does it tell you the game you're playing, the level you're on, which bios is active, etc?

The benefits (besides the aesthetic ones) depend a lot on what dasboard you are using. The dashboard must be set up to utilize the LCD or you will just get general information on it (like the internal temperature, the BIOS, the time and the bank settings). Some dashs have native support for an LCD and can use them for other things (like showing track/artist names and time remaining for mp3's as is done in XBMC). As for showing what game you are playing, the LCD does it by displaying: PLAYING: SOME_GAME. It can't show what level you are on because it isn't actually receiving any information once you load an app or a game that doesn't have support for the LCD (I haven't heard of a single game/app that has LCD support yet). Before the app loads, the LCD controller receives a signal telling it what text to display (the name of the app) and then system control is passed to the game/app. The LCD will continue to display the text until control is returned to the LCD controller (through exiting back to the dash) or until the Xbox is powered off. At the moment the LCD isn't as utilized in apps as it could possibly be in the future... but it sure gets a great response when you show it off!
