X3CP X Logo LED replacment

I've had the x3cp installed for 2 days now and noticed that the red/blue led isnt working. When the chip is enabled it doesnt light up, but when the chip is disabled it lights up red.

I will take a continuity tester to it to make sure, but how hard would it be to replace that led? Can I use the one from the ext switch that came with my X3?

I would also like to know if anyone has attempte this because I have all red led's in my xbox and the blue doesn't really match so well.

Quite easy I'd have thought - The LED sits on a board that is easily removable. 3 screws and the power lead unplugs.

Try 2 screws not 3. What actually happened is that when I was taking apart the CP to paint it I cut some shielding away and it ended up cutting a wire. Soldered the wire back together and now no problems.
