Ok I didnt see this anywhere. I just got a question.

Is there ever going to be a X3CP without the LCD window?

The reason I ask is I plan on getting an X3 and pro switch real soon (as soon as my brother buys my 2.6lite) and I really like the look of the control panel but I dont want a LCD.

If not I guess I will need to make a filler panel and paint my xbox but it would be alot cleaner looks if I didnt have to fill it.

well if he is getting a 2.6 that is pointless if he gets the X3CP becuz they dont work together. Also if you are getting a proswitch why are you getting the X3CP. But sure i guess you can do what you said if you want teh X3CP.

i think theyll make it with the hole there and itll probably come with a removable insert so if u changed ur mind u could install an xlcd. thts my guess

I'm fairly sure it'll either come with the LCD or a big hole for you to put your already purchased lcd into. Please. If you wanted just the switch panel then you'd buy the pro switch.

The point is the control panel looks good and changes the look of the xbox and that is what I want. I like were it places that switch instead of just sticking it under the lip which isnt as clean as in the panel. And just to clear it up I'm get an X3 and pro switch.

Like what's already been mentioned, you won't need the pro-switch with the X3 Control Panel. It's built in.

Personally I don't mind the location of the pro switch - except the Control Panel it's the best looking switch I've seen on the Xbox.

Why not get the LCD version? Nothing beats seeing your mp3 titles scroll along in XBMC. It really is a great addon and I love mine now More and more applications will support it and eventually you'll forget what life was like without it.
