I recently purchased the XLCD but the I/O cable either was not shipped or I managed to lose it somewhere along the line. I had a lot of crap on my work desk so maybe it got lost in there, I don't know.

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement cable? I only want the cable. I don't want to have to buy the whole LCD again.

yea a good seller would send you a new one free. I had an x2.6 switch that didnt come in an order. I asked them to send it, they send it as well as an x3 crystal pro switch free of charge. But then again i buy a sh*tload.

check your desk to see if its you that have made a mistake. otherwise get onto the reseller. You stand a better chance if it was an official reseller!

I went to the reseller

I communicated with the reseller. They said that they have no spare cables as the cables and LCD and packed together when they arrive from whereever they get them. (no spares and cannot get any individual ones! sheesh!)

I have searched my desk at home and work and I cannot find that darned cable.

Any other ideas?

You could probably make your own cable, wire for wire... Or ask one of TeamX, they're nice people!

If you dont think you got one, tell the reseller you didnt, and if they still wont send you one, report this to teamX.
