Is there a version for the Hitachi drives yet? If not should i just wait or am I okay to just use the 1.51?

No version of LT for Hitachi at present. ix 1.51 is detectable - the choice is yours

I don't think LT will be created for Hitachi drives. Hitachi's are very old drives and there are many difference versions, and I'm sure Team Jungle and c4e are more focused on the new 360 slim and the PS3 drive.
