Xapt3r Question, Please Help!! Problem with Pro Switch

I have an xapt3r installed. All the lights are lit perfectly and everything loads properly. The problem I'm having is that my pro switch protect and four bank buttons don't light up. The E3 symbol lights fine, just not those five buttons.

I have not read any problems regarding this at all. I know the pro switch lights are working because I've tried it on a friend's box. Could the chip have a burnt trace or could one of the points on the xapt3r not be touching perfectly? Any help would be appreciated!

It may be that the cables aren't connected properly. Recheck and try again.

Checked and then checked again. All cables are in place.

Do they work apart from not lighting up? it could be a sticky contact. I have a pro switch where it took a few presses to get the lights on. Remember, they only light when they're on (except the enable/disable button).

Yes, the buttons work, just do not light up. Maybe the wire is bad.

It's probably one of the pogo pins on the Xapt3r not making contact.

I would press each of the switches about 10 times, to see if the light ever appears. It may well be a bad contact.
