Xapt3r Screws

All I gotta say is they are useless. I started screwing my Xapt3r down and as soon as it got a little tight the upper portion of the screw just starts spinning. As it appears the lower half of the screw busted at the top. So instead of a slotted screw its now only half there.
So what do I do now?

Just exactly how tight did you screw it?

you're not trying to hold a flippin suspension bridge together here - you should be tightening it enough so it 'nips'.

As for removing it now, I dunno - you've obviously tightened it pretty hard and so to remove it will need some force in the opposite direction. Is there enough of it to turn with pliers?

The screw in my kit looks to be covered in solder or is a very poor finish. The thread is not clean at all. I'm having to send it back for a replacement as I don;t want to damage the mobo.
