How the hell do you get Leg E into position on the v1.6 mobo

The diagrams look like it needs ot be bent round on itself, but this creates too much tension in the spring and it pops out.

The pointit has to locate to is also very spamm and the pin doesn't sit "inside" this point.

any ideas?

this is why a solderless install is a bad install a pinhead install is a far better install it will stay there you just need to get it in the right way

I had a similar problem with other holes. I noticed that there was resin of some sort filling the holes. Get a fine pin and using a magnifing glass push it gently into the hole and then have another go.

Thought this little thing was a good design and worked well for me.
