am I still going to need to desolder the lpc holes on my version 1.0 box to use the xapt3r adapter or what?

i had an xbit installed on a 1.0 before and didnt need to remove the solder before hand. never had a problem with that. i havent recieved my xapt3r yet, so i dont know wether you would need to or not, but i dont imagine you would.

what i did when installing the xbit, is used a sharp knife (really pointy) and put the tip in the middle of the points and turned it slowly to help put a spot for the pins to sit. that seemed to help.

what do you guys think about doing a DROID case mod? like DROID as in the phone line from verizon, like makin a robot hand comeout of the front and changing the power on eye to the red DROID eye?

lemme know some insight

That would be cool. You should start with one of those chrome xcm cases and then make the power button one of those red eye things like from the space odyssey!
