I was wondering where I could get a step by step guide that shows/tells me how to install an Xapt3r V1.6.

Why do you have to rebuild the LPC on a v1.6 because all the other places deal with soldering the pin headers, and I have a solderless Xapt3r for V1.6, how do you do it? Please help, And remember I am a noob and need a very descriptive/ easy procedure.

Hi,
I've installed the xapter 1.6 as shown, but when I enable my chip (xecuter 2.6 lite) I get no screen come up & the blue LED flashes along with the front LED.

I have taken the chip from my old xbox, which had 3 wires soldered in addition to the LPC rebuild - do I need to solder these on to my new box?

For 1.6+ mobos ONLY which require an alternative source of 5V's.
If you have a V1.0 to V1.5 then don't worry about it.
