Xapter 3 yellow lights????

I figured using the xapter 3 for my excecuter2.6 ce should be easy

but nooooooooooot

problem nr.1 the skrew is to short
i tried another skrew wich is just a bit longer got the baby on boeard
now i tried a test run and my Xapter has one blue a orange and 3yellow lights and nothing on the screen

what thew hack is going on what did i wrong???
