I have a fully working X3 on a Xapter3 solderless install in a V1.4 xbox...
Is it possible to use the Xapter3 in a hotswap to try and recover a X2.3b Lite which has had both banks loaded with rubbish....
I can get the Flashbios screen up at which point I hotswap the units... The X2.3 lites up nicely and then I flash X2_4977.bin to it.
The progress bars go very nicely and the xbox shuts down as expected.
When I put the X2.3 back in the V1.0 machine it came from I just get the 2 quick attempts to start followed by the flashing bezel light..
I have never used the X2.3 before so I am a bit uncertain if I am going about this the right way
