XBC Reading Error

I've tried to back up Medal of Honor:european assult and I get and error every time when it is reading in my Kreon that says:

A read error has occured outside of the file system data area, On an xbox 1 there is a good chance the back up will still function properly.

Partial Offset LBA: 92400

Overall offset LBA: 290544

Now I borrowed my buddy's copy bause I thought maybe mine was bad (still play's though) and got the exact same error in the exact same spot of the read (7.99%). Is there something I'm missing?

Did you change the drive setting in XBC to "Xbox One" and check the "Use sector mapper" box before starting? Here's a link to a tutorial on backing up Xbox1 games using XBC for use on the 360. Worked like a charm for me when backing up Halo2. :)
