xbins access denied

This is the last thing that I need to fix my Xbox and I am getting an Xbins access denied when I go in. I have changed passwords and everything and it will occasionally let me in but times out prior to the files listing. Once I get this I can flash. Where am I going wrong.

Each time you need to enter Xbins you need to go through EFnet and get your password again. If you go to xbins one day and try and go back the next day without going through EFnet, you won't get in.

Also a small possibility, if you are useing satellite internet, theres a bit of a latency. even if your mirc client shows you in the xbins list tab, dont hit your connect right away. wait a few seconds before trying to connect to the ftp.
