ANSWERED XBL Account on both RGH and LIVE

I know this must be a stupid question :facepalm: but lookig through a lot of forums the answers are old. But just to double check for the safety of getting my account banned from XBL.

If i use XBL Account and use it on RGH console to play offline game can I move the account back to Console that I use to be online. :facepalm:

If you use any Arcade games that you haven't purchased (tut..tut!) on the RGH console then move your profile back to the online box and connect to LIVE the data will be regestered online and you could be banned due to TOC

I dont do that i use my original back ups to play offline. And just few emulators :rolleyes2:

But when you run xexmenu or fsd it shows up in your recently played games which gets uploaded to XBL. I don't think MS will like seeing that....

I have account that uses FSD, but then thats just for emulators.

Just wanted to know if I did move XBL Account would it be safe. But obviously not. Otherwise there running backup games from HDD without using FSD or XEXMenu
