I just installed the X3 Control Panel, when I run XBMC there is no lettering on any of the menues. I searched here and other boards and cannot find an answer. When I use another dash like Evox, all the lettering is there, but in Media Center there is none. I hope someone can help.

XBMC in the settings actually has LCD enable/disable ;)

Any XBMC queries drop me a PM and I'll help where I can, just compiled a new version today (thank god for senior neighbors and unsecured wireless. My internet comes Monday)

Sorry about that, the LCD works, I am talking about the lettering itself in the XBMC program, I can see the graphics, and I can move around the program, but there is no letters, all the menues and such are blank, I hope someone can figure this out. Is there maybe a font file on the main system that I could have deleted. I reinstalled XBMC and i still have the problem.

OK, is this a self compiled or pre-compiled version?

Its a precompiled verison I downloaded, I also redownloaded another version and installed it overtop, and it is still doing the same thing.

I would go into drive e: and delete the XBMC data to start from scratch, otherwise look at the log files in the XBMC home dir on drive f:

Thanks everyone, I figured it out, I deleted all of XBMC and installed it again, everything works fine now.
